2017 Sierra, Z71, 5.3, 6 spd Auto, 85K mi.

Throwing a P050, a P0300 and P219B. Scanner is showing an intermittent miss in Cyl 8. Alldata diy and a few google searches indicate that the P219B MAY be an O2 sensor, though I'm more used to seeing a "catalyst" message of some sort for O2 sensor. Anyone have an experience with this one? I've done cylinder balance test and each cylinder caused the engine to act the same when deactivated. Injector pressure tests SEEM to be within variance. Engine does run ragged when cold but seems ok when warmed. EDIT: Forgot to mention...If I clear the DTC's it'll run great for a couple drive cycles. Then it will get raggedy.

Thank you, yeah I guess I gotta find a smoke blower to smoke the intake. I did a search for the symptoms on here and found almost the EXACT same post with the EXACT same codes. March of 2022. It was from ME! On the same vehicle. I corrected the issue at that time by cleaning the throttle body, but I can't remember what I used.

Dirty throttle bodies can cause some grief, all I use is the products sold in car parts shops that are made for TB cleaning.

If you want to find a leak in the intake gasket, just turn on a propane gun, don't light it and play it along the gasket, if the engine revs change, you found the leak.
