I KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T LIKE THE DASH COVERS, CHEAP ONES ANYWAY, AS STATED THE ONE I PUT IN A 2011 IS ALMOST A PERFIT FIT. SOMEBODY DID THEIR HOMEWORK AT THAT COMPANY, IT REALLY LOOKS GOOD, NOT O.E.M. BUT THE NEXT STEP, COVERLAY IS THE COMPANIES NAME. TALK TO THEM!!

 

Isn't that just a cover or is it a complete new dashboard?

 

Those show the tabs for the pop-in connectors which hold the bezels on, so I think these are the full dash pieces. My Coverlay cover does not include the tabs around the edges.

I have a 1976 Chevy C60 truck that needs a replacement dashboard too. The bezel is in good shape yet but the whole upper cover needs replacing just like wedellbrink10's does. Do you think GM parts club might be a good contender for this? a soft cover won't cut it as there is nothing solid under it anymore to give the top of the dash its original shape.

 

There are models available for 1976 on the Coverlay site. You can try there. We installed one in a 2000 C2500 with almost no remaining structure and this product held the shape.

 

The 2004 was discontinued, I suspect yours would be as well.

 

MY BROTHER HAS A 2011 AVALANCHE, HAD A BACK UP CAMERA INSTALLED, THE DASH CRACKED IN THREE SPOTS, DEALER WANTED OVER $2,500 TO INSTALL A NEW DASH, IF ONE COULD BE FOUND, ANYWAY GOT ONE FROM COVERLAY, IF YOU DID'NT TAKE A GOOD LOOK YOU WOULD NOT KNOW IT WAS REPLACED. $300.00 IS NOT A BAD DEAL, WE DID IT IN HIS DRIVE WAY. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS TO THE TEE. ADD A LITTLE MORE SEALANT IN SPOTS AND IT WILL OUTLAST THE TRUCK!

 

I own an 04 Silverado 1500 with 528k original and I recently purchased a drivers door panel from Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market , keep searching
