So, a few weeks ago after making multiple stops, I get back into the truck and it wont crank. plenty of lights and accessories. I assumed it was a battery issue, and replaced it. Fired right back up and thought that was over.

Ive read several threads on here and other sites as well trying to research as much as possible before I posted.

Its completely random. I always have plenty of power to all the accessories. the radio can be going full blast with the heater and lights on.
It doesn't matter if its been running for a while or not. I recently drove from Atlanta GA to Jackson MS and back with not issues for a few days. I went to start this AM after sitting all night and no starting.
Sometimes, I can wiggle the negative battery cable and it will crank.
Sometimes, I can hit the door unlonk/lock back and forth several times and it will crank. (weird I know but someone posted that solution before on another site.)
Most effective, I disconnect the battery for about 10 min. Reconnect and it cranks right up.
Im running a red Optima battery that has plenty of volts. Im using a brass extended battery post. Both have die electric grease on them. I temporarily added an addistional ground from the neg to the frame and the neg to the ground post on the alternator. Everything is stock. Even the radio.
Ive swapped the starter relay.
No transponder chips in 2004 keys. Both keys were and have been working fine.
The pos and neg cable at the post looks good. There is a tiny bit of corrosion on the neg that ive cleaned off as best as possible. You really cant see the corrosion honestly...im just being particular.
I do no have any other weird electrical gremlins besides this.
Its at the shop today and probably tomorrow bc ive given up trying to figure it out myself.
I use the dash command app for the Iphone and plenty of volts while driving. I randomly get the B2615 code. I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Just looking for any insight. Im ready to burn it to the ground and walk away at this point. Thanks to everyone in advance, first post but there will be more. Ha!

one time I had a vehicle like this . family member . I had him hold the key in the crank position when it did act up . with him holding the key to crank I just forced the starter solenoid small wire lug to move slightly it was tight but my moving the lug/stud the starter began cranking. what he had was no click sound on crank position but the lamps and head lights never dimmed so not a battery or connection issue. well after that I said buy a new starter . well he never did because it never failed again .
