I have a 2018 Silverado with a 5.3. My check engine light came on and sets a 1501 Lin Bus code, truck runs fine. I have not yet delved into diagnosis yet hoping someone has some direction to share. I have seen active shutter problems while doing some research. Hoping for some experienced insight.

Unfortunately, U1501 does not tell us which module is not communicating.

Start by checking the "Possible Causes" listed above. Visually inspect the related wiring harness and connectors. Check for damaged components and look for broken, bent, pushed out, or corroded connector's pins.
