Tow Package?

At the risk of letting on how little I know about my truck, I am wondering how I know if the truck has the tow package or just a hitch. I looked at the radiator yesterday and there is another one, smaller and silver in color, in front of the bigger black main one. There is a piece of felt stuff between them that seems to me would hinder air flow. Maybe not. Is the radiator fwd of the bigger black one the transmission cooler and part of a "tow package" on the truck? I know what a radiator is and looks like I just described it to show the difference in the two.
What all comes with the truck as part of the "tow package"??

Here are the Features/Items That Come with the Factory Tow Package RPO Code Z82.
...
TOW/TRAILER EQUIPMENT, HD.....Includes Trailer Hitch Platform. 7 Wire Harness, K47 High Capacity Air Cleaner, (KNP) Cooling External Transmission Cooler....

Without Being Able to View a Picture of What You've Mentioned Above....I would Say that the Smaller Cooler in Front of the Radiator is Most Likely the Factory "External" Transmission Cooler, Which is Number #9....at the Bottom of this Diagram,

Having the 2" hitch and the 7 pin connector, gives you the abitity to tow a trailer. Adding the heavy duty tailering package gives you the ability to tow larger heavier trailers.
The HD packages include additional cooling.
The standard package, which is on all trucks, will have the standard radiator with built in transmission cooling, there will also be a power steering cooler in front of the rad.

The heavy duty package may include a larger radiator with transmission and engine oil cooling chambers, the will be an external transmission fluid cooler in front of the radiator, there may also be an external engine oil cooler.

Yes, I mentioned that it has a Service Parts Identification sticker like you show here. Now I understand what RPO codes are. I'll have to take the list I just printed and look at what is on the label in the glove box. Do these codes tell me all there is to know about my truck? I've been wondering what they call the blue it's painted.
I bought this truck a Auto Outlet Of Tacoma in Tacoma, WA.

ahh I didnt catch that... I just thought he didnt have those rpo codes...

everything in and on the truck, including the color of exterior and interior is all in the rpo codes... im sure there is a better gm rpo code data base but heres one... what i did was search each rpo code and wrote it all down. i just took a pic of it and printed it off to make it easier.

So my truck has code UY7 which is wiring harness truck trailer HD. And KNP which is Cooling System Transmission, HD. RPO Code Z82 is the HD TRAILERING EQUIPMENT, (the Factory Tow Package). G80 Positraction Limited Slip Differential. VR2 Trailer Hitch, Weight Distributing. K47 high cap air cleaner. M30 Transmission 4L60E Electronic. 1SB option package 02. YE9 Convenience Package. Z71 off road. GT4 Rear Axle 3.73 gear ratio. Seems she's got some good stuff in her. This isn't all of course, just what struck me as most important.
