Hello, I have a Chevy colorado z71 2016 with 70k miles (I drive a lot) and today I was on an drive thru with the truck on drive and complety stop and out of nowhere the truck started shaking and then turne off. I turned on again and no problems at all after that.

I been looking for posible reasons online but I can't find nothing. Hope I can get some advice here. Thanks u very much.

Glen, vapor lock does not occur in fuel injected vehicles, only carbureted systems. Higher fuel pressures "compresses" boiling fuel back to a high pressure liquid.

Ethanol will burn quicker than gasoline in very warm climates. Ethanol is go for extremely cold climates, ...but not for warm climates

Hell, if your using a high ethanol fuel in warm weather / warm motor the ethanol can do some crazy stuff. Go to a straight gasoline mixture (no ethanol whatsoever) see if that makes a change.

But I do strongly agree with Glen, change the fuel filter even if you can't remember when it was changed. Also, ...you have 70, 000 miles, ...time for some maintenance!!!

I only buy top tier non ethanol from shell. I dont put ethanol in any engine i own. And i dont care what the price of the gas somewhere else is. The pump will have a top tier sticker on it and if it does even the regular wont have have ethanol in it.

Ethanol fuel over the long haul will make fuel system plastics break down, seals deteriorate rubber fuel lines harden up and crack.
Ethanol is not recommend for "any" carburetors unless the carburetor is using "VITON" rubber parts including fuel hoses / mechanical fuel pumps.

But ethanol also cleans the chit out of varnish and gum deposits and plugs up fuel filters quickly after you have been using straight gasoline for a few thousand miles.

Want better gas mileage??? Use straight gasoline at the proper octane with the compression and timing curve built within the motor
