I'm trying my hardest to keep this old girl on the road.. lost a front brake line a few weeks ago, got a set of nicop lines. Replaced the leaky ones, yay, no more leak. Bled the system 3 times today, while off the pedal is pretty firm, start the truck up, no pedal at all, am I looking at a hydroboost issue? Master cylinder? I'm generally pretty patient but I'm so frustrated with this thing.

Brake issues!
Sounds like you still have air in the system. You may need to do a pressure brake bleed. There are a ton of videos about this on you tube, here is just one of them.
Got a pneumatic bleeder, seems I should have gotten a pressure bleeder instead. It just pulls and pulls on the right rear. Held it on the bleeder for a solid 4-5 minutes and after the first little trickle nothing, not a drop of brake fluid. I got some fluid from the fronts. Not losing any fluid anywhere and can't seem to find any leaks. Getting close to giving up on it.
